Zo ..is a NYC based Self-Help Podcaster & proud South African woman who grew up in Australia with over 10+ years of radio/journalism experience.

As a Survivor of CSA herself, Zo created Surviving x Zo Podcast for all survivors/advocates to share stories & education in order to break stigmas & taboos regarding mental health.

Through empathetic & transformational interviews with Survivors & Experts, Zo covers the kind of topics no-one ever talks about- like abuse, religious cults, near death experiences, domestic violence, narcissism, relationships, chronic health issues & soul level moments.

Zo creates an empathetic environment for brave everyday Survivors, paired with Educators, Therapists, Relationship Coaches, Healers, Crime Experts & Professionals with a sole purpose to empower, motivate & create universal compassion.

Whether Zo’s asking our guests questions about trauma or wellness, her aim is to simply- amplify voices & inspire listeners to expand their knowledge, mindset & souls.

Background: By day, Zo works full-time in the nonprofit sector in Manhattan, using her voice and vision to champion philanthropic causes that matter. Her passion for service is matched by her creative spark. She’s known for her big heart, optimistic spirit & fun energy-she’s the kind of woman who will dive into a podcast episode on trauma cycles one moment & then be live-commenting on trashy Reality TV the next. A true “Zillennial,” she blends spirituality, pop culture & purpose into everything she creates. Her interests span astrology, Oprah wisdom (her shero!), skincare, true crime, Taylor Swift lyrics, international food & cozy nights in crafting with her 3 chihuahuas & husband by her side.
